The Basics:

The Basics is our entry-level price point for our customized services, created for the "do-it-yourselfer." After the initial evaluation, the client follows the plan, training at any gym around the country. If local, after every 30-day period the client receives another BioSignature, newly designed training, diet and supplement protocols, as well a review of the same. If the client is out of our local area, we perform the same process through a video chat.

One-on-one Training Session:

The one-on-one training session is our premium service offered to executive men and women as well as professional and amateur athletes. This service is the company's primary focus as it provides the client the fastest and most dramatic leap toward their goal. Each appointment ranges from 35 minutes to as long as 60 depending on the purpose of the training protocol.

F.I.T.:

(Fat-burning Interval Training)

An excellent way to burn bodyfat without losing muscle, F.I.T. is an amazing addition to any training routine to increase overall health and improve the way you look. Technically, F.I.T. generates a burst of lactic acid in the muscles which then leads to a higher output of growth hormone.

Svelte:

Our Svelte Class, our best value for women, is a training protocol designed specifically for ladies with the common goal of "losing a dress size!" This intense and effective class, which meets three times per week, is all of the exercise you'll need to get the body you want. In addition to the workout, you'll receive our monthly BioSignature Hormonal Assessment, a customized diet and supplement protocol, and a review of the same with one of our Client Relationship Managers. We charge a flat monthly fee for Svelte.

One-on-one Training - Spinal Care:

Our Spinal Care services are designed specifically for those individuals in moderate to extreme shoulders, back and neck pain. The training protocol is designed by the spinal care strength coach, and usually, depending on the severity of the client's pain, adapted or adjusted within each workout. This care includes our BioSignature Hormonal Assessment every month, along with a customized diet and supplement protocol aimed at fat loss for the purpose of relieving pain and inflammation.

Supplements:

Our BioSignature Hormonal Assessment process provides us with the data to recommend dietary supplements with pinpoint accuracy. We use them for purposes ranging from normalizing sleep cycles, balancing hormonal imbalances, increasing insulin sensitivity to lose body fat more rapidly, and ensuring that our clients are getting their much-needed nutrients. The underlining benefit to our customized supplement protocols is simply getting our clients to their goals more quickly: a lean, healthier, stronger body.


Diet:

Our BioSignature Hormonal Assessment process provides us with the data to recommend a diet customized to the client's goals, whether it's to get lean, put muscle on or lose weight. Coupled with supplements and our intense training protocols, our diet design is a crucial element in your success. The inspiration behind our diets originates with world-renowned diet & nutrition experts including Dr. Mauro DiPasquale, Dr. Michael Eades, Loren Cordach and Robb Wolf.


Beyond Strong

Beyond Strong is a two-on-one training class focused on our athlete clients (this is not offered to professional athletes). With all of the features of our one-on-one training sessions--monthly BioSignature service, customized training, diet and supplement protocol, as well as a post work out shake--Beyond Strong allows us to create what your body needs at a discount by simply sharing the time of strength coach with another client. It's one of Stark's best values. Give us a call to inquire about available times!  
Periodically, we offer free Beyond Strong Workshops (see Events), focused specifically on addressing diet and supplementation for athletes. This in-depth event will dispel common misperceptions and answer questions about new technology, new research and avoiding fads. We teach how to get lean, stay lean, and develop the strength that every athlete needs!


Athletes Beyond Strong

is a free seminar focused specifically on addressing diet and supplementation for athletes, with a special guest speaker, Dr. Jason Amstutz. Brad Davidson, our V.P. of Research & Development will dispel common misperceptions and answer questions about new technology, new research and avoiding fads. Brad will teach you how to get lean and healthy, stay lean, and develop the real strength that every athlete wants!


Golf Training

Improve core strength to increase distance and consistency. Increase flexibility to lower the risk of injury. Decrease joint pain with a proper diet. Includes the following tests and services: Structural Balance Assessment, Postural analysis, Orthopedic Assessment, BioSignature Hormonal Assessment, Diet, Supplements, Training protocol, Two Training sessions with a certified strength coach
