Shock & Awe Training was created as a result of over a decade of research, studying the world’s greatest strength coaches and nutritional experts from around the world: Charles Poliquin, Pierre Roy, Paul Chek, Eric Serrano, Mauro Di Pasquale, and Bill Wolcott. The foundation is our initial evaluation process whereby we gather data on a new client (the BioSignature Hormonal Assessment by Charles Poliquin, a structural balance assessment, postural analysis, and an orthopedic assessment). That data is then analyzed to create a customized training protocol, supplement protocol and diet followed by an in-depth review, with the client, on how to execute on the plan. The entire purpose is to get the client to his or her goal as quickly as possible. The combination of training, diet and supplements makes for a powerful force in achieving health-related goals.
